These Terms govern your use of Quillo (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service platform that generates on-brand marketing communications (email, pop-up, SMS, push and inbox messages) from a brief, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pasiletskyi Viktor (“we”, “us”).

1. The Service

Quillo is a digital, online-only service. Access is provided immediately after your subscription is activated and payment is confirmed. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, credits and billing

The Service is offered on credit-based monthly subscription plans. Each communication consumes credits depending on the channel and the number of target languages. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by WayForPay using Visa and Mastercard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, and to comply with all applicable laws and the rules of the channels and CRMs you use.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the brand materials you upload and of the communications generated for you. We retain all rights in the Service itself.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may update or modify features over time.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
